Compare the same kind of price

There is no single price that describes all HBOT visits. The examples below are published offers from individual clinics, not a national average or an insurance reimbursement schedule. A lower amount may describe a shorter session, a membership add-on or a different service.

Single sessions: Compare the session duration, chamber type, pressure and oxygen delivery. Check whether screening or consultation fees are additional.
Packages: Compare the amount you must pay upfront, the number of sessions and the expiry and refund terms. For illustration, a $1,500 package of 10 sessions works out to $150 per session, but still requires a $1,500 purchase. This is an arithmetic example, not a clinic quote or a suggested treatment course.
Memberships and introductory offers: Add required membership fees and check minimum commitments, eligibility and renewal terms. A first-visit rate may not apply to later sessions.
Mild hyperbaric services: mHBOT offers are labeled separately in the listings. Discuss the proposed protocol with your clinician; do not assume different chamber or oxygen arrangements provide the same treatment.

Insurance and the complete quote

Insurance acceptance is different from coverage for a particular treatment. Ask the clinic and insurer about your diagnosis, treatment location, referral, prior authorization and expected out-of-pocket cost.

Medicare coverage is limited to specified conditions and criteria in CMS policy 20.29; a public cash price does not tell you whether a claim will be covered.

Request a written estimate separating the initial consultation, individual sessions, facility or professional charges where applicable, and any other required fees. Confirm what happens to unused sessions if your plan changes.
