Planning your visit
Visits are by appointment; after an online purchase, staff help arrange your session. The clinic provides cotton clothing to change into and allows paper books; electronics, jewelry and fragrances are not permitted. Tell the attendant if you are ill or congested. A session includes roughly 15 minutes to pressurize, 60 minutes at pressure and 15 minutes to decompress. The clinic recommends a physician consultation for underlying health concerns.
