Planning your visit

A referral or prescription from a medical provider or chiropractor is required. If needed, Alpine can arrange a telehealth conversation with its medical director before the appointment.

First-time clients should call to schedule; returning clients can use the online booking calendar. Sessions last 60 minutes. The clinic is inside Core Progression Elite Personal Training at the Village Shopping Center: enter the gym and turn right around the corner. Free parking, ground-level access, accessible parking and accessible bathrooms are available. Wear comfortable layers. A book, phone or earphones are allowed; laptops, vape pens, lighters and sharp objects are prohibited. Water is allowed, and the operator checks in throughout the session. Tell the operator if you are concerned about claustrophobia.
