Planning your visit
Sessions usually last 60 or 90 minutes. The team reviews your health history before therapy and provides clothing guidance before your appointment. For hard-sided sessions, complete the intake and consent form in advance. Wear 100% cotton clothing or the clinic’s cotton scrubs; metal jewelry, makeup, nail polish and battery-powered devices, including phones, are not permitted in the chamber. You can request a consultation for help choosing services. Monday–Friday: By appointment; walk-ins 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
