Planning your visit
Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes. Clients are reviewed before treatment, and a free 15-minute consultation is available to discuss goals before booking. Wear comfortable clothes or bring a change; shoes must be removed. Avoid perfume and scented lotion. You may bring water in a container with a lid, but food is not allowed. Staff guide you through pressure equalization. If getting down to or up from the floor would require assistance, book the seated chamber. Contact the team before booking if you have concerns about ear pressure or the enclosed space.
