Planning your visit
First-time patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early for forms and orientation. The team reviews your health goals and discusses a personalized plan; the FAQ says a prescription is not required and staff screen patients before treatment. Sessions last approximately 75 minutes. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and remove shoes, jewelry and sharp objects; a basket is provided for belongings. A technician monitors the session, with a call button to reach staff. The clinic offers wheelchair access and sitting or reclining options. Children under 16 should have an adult inside the chamber. If you are concerned about the enclosed space, the clinic recommends a visit before booking.
