Planning your visit
Your first visit begins with a discussion of your goals and health background. Wear clean, loose cotton clothing and avoid cosmetics, perfumes, deodorant, wigs, jewelry and heavily scented products before the session. The clinic asks clients to avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks for at least four hours beforehand. Dives are typically one hour, with some sessions lasting 60–90 minutes. You may read, rest, nap or listen to music; staff remain available for questions and assistance.
