Planning your visit

Restore describes 60- or 90-minute mHBOT sessions. Arrive early for your first visit to complete the medical waiver, have your vitals checked and attend a telemedicine clearance visit. Staff help you settle into the chamber and monitor the session. Allow about ten minutes each for pressurization and depressurization in addition to the selected session time.
