Complete the new-patient history form so Dr. Kilcup can review your situation and recommend a starting point. HBOT and red light sessions take place in person. Standard HBOT sessions last 60 minutes, with 90-minute sessions also available. Wear comfortable clothing; the clinic states that special cotton clothing is not required. Personal electronics stay outside the chamber, and screens are visible through the window for movies or shows.
