Planning your visit
Start by booking a one-hour consultation and exam with the physician to discuss your goals and plan treatment. HBOT appointments use 90-minute slots, typically starting with about 60 minutes in the chamber and progressing toward approximately 80 minutes. Wear soft, loose-fitting clothing for comfort. The physician checks your ears during the initial exam, and the technician adjusts pressurization if you have difficulty clearing them during a session.
