San Diego Center for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a freestanding facility focused on HBOT. It uses transparent, single-person Sechrist 3200 chambers with individual televisions. The center also offers wound care and medical consultations.

Planning your visit

Prescription required

Physician referrals and self-referrals are accepted. A physician prescribes HBOT; the center offers a medical-doctor visit before treatment.

The center asks patients to arrive 15–20 minutes early to change into a provided gown. Dressing rooms and personal lockers are available. Review the center’s preparation instructions and tell the technicians about medications or medication changes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep an appointment.
