Planning your visit
Complete the HBOT intake, informed consent, health information consent and HIPAA forms before calling to schedule; online booking is no longer available. Include your most recent laboratory results if you have them. HBOT sessions are offered in one-hour units. Tell the team if you have ear pain so they can assist with ear clearing or adjust pressure. The website says Dr. Bonfanti is on maternity leave until December 2026 and that the HBOT clinic is unaffected.
