Planning your visit
For HBOT, call to arrange an initial consultation with a respiratory therapist. Sessions generally last 60–90 minutes; you may read, meditate or rest and can speak to the technician by walkie-talkie. Arrive clean and avoid scented products or clothing treated with scented fabric softeners. Bring a clean water bottle; food stays outside the chamber. Staff can provide blankets, fans or cooling pads. Tell the technician about claustrophobia or ear discomfort, and call if you are ill. Give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; the FAQ allows rescheduling without penalty for sudden illness. The fragrance-free clinic has ample parking in Rose Park, near Bancroft and Brooks.
