Planning your visit
Arrive 15 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing and socks, and bring a jacket. The team reviews ear-pressure techniques and communication options before you enter the chamber. Store personal belongings as directed; phones, laptops, headphones, watches and other electronics stay outside. Sessions can last 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, including pressurization and return to normal pressure. You can relax, watch a monitor or rest, and communicate with staff during the session. Discuss medical conditions or pressure-related concerns with a qualified clinician before booking. Complimentary valet parking is available at the second-floor Beverly Hills center. Cancel or reschedule online or by call/text at least 48 hours ahead; later changes incur the full appointment fee.
