Planning your visit
Start with an Initial Health Assessment: a 40-minute visit that reviews your history and goals and screens whether HBOT is appropriate before sessions are scheduled. Bring a list of medications and supplements, recent lab work if available, and your questions; wear comfortable clothing. Allow extra time at your first HBOT visit for a chamber orientation. Sessions are usually 60 minutes at pressure plus pressurization and depressurization; 90-minute sessions are available when your plan calls for them. A trained operator stays beside the chamber in visual and voice contact. The suite is on the main level; contact the front desk if you need arrival or mobility assistance.
