For home treatment, the clinic rents OxyHealth mild portable soft chambers (the Respiro 270 and Vitaeris 320) by the month and sells new and used OxyHealth and Summit to Sea soft chambers; a prescription is required for both. For patients living within 30 miles of the center, it offers free delivery, installation, setup and operating training, with ongoing support for rentals and some ongoing support for purchases, and it makes arrangements for patients who live farther away. Rentals may include a 10-liter-per-minute oxygen concentrator if prescribed, and they go out first come, first served, with a waitlist when demand is high. Monthly rental rates are discounted for rentals lasting longer than a month, and discounts may also be approved case by case for patients who have had hard chamber treatments at the facility. Patients who have had treatments at the clinic and later buy their own unit may receive a partial credit when possible.
