Book HBOT through the online service menu. For a new medical consultation, complete the inquiry form; staff will contact you to discuss appointment length, fees, intake questionnaires and the deposit that holds your appointment time. Upload relevant medical records to the patient portal or bring copies. The clinic says lab work is normally arranged after the initial evaluation. A free 10-minute discovery call is available through the new-patient coordinator. The office is on the top floor in Suite 301 with elevator access.
