Planning your visit
Mild hyperbaric sessions are offered for 60, 90 or 120 minutes by appointment; call or text to arrange a session. The studio requires healthcare-provider fitness screening and asks clients to arrive at least 30 minutes early. Before each session, tell staff about changes in your health, medicines or supplements, cold or congestion symptoms, possible pregnancy, or a skipped meal. Alert the attendant promptly to ear or sinus discomfort; staff can pause or slow pressurization until you are comfortable.
