Planning your visit
Bring the completed Arlington new-patient packet to your first appointment, which starts with a physician consultation. An outside referral may be needed depending on your insurance plan. Allow about two hours for HBOT; approved gowns or scrubs are supplied. Leave heat-generating battery devices and lighters outside the chamber and discuss hair or skin products with staff. An in-chamber technician accompanies treatment, and you may read, watch a movie or rest. Give at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice and call if running more than 10 minutes late.
