A physician’s referral (DC, ND, DO or MD) is required; call personally to book HBOT. Wear comfortable clothing, remove shoes and avoid perfume or other scents. Eat beforehand, and bring a snack if you have diabetes; food and drinks stay outside the chamber. Sharp objects, matches and lighters are prohibited. Empty your bladder before treatment. Tell staff about medication or health changes, colds or sinus congestion. You remain in contact with a trained staff member and may read, rest or use a phone or tablet. Staff work with your physician to set session frequency and duration. The office is behind Si Senor Mexican Restaurant, three blocks west of Nimbus Avenue.
