The studio is on the first floor at 2410 SE 10th Avenue, with a small patient parking lot and a disabled parking space; the entrance is ADA accessible with no stairs. Online appointment requests are confirmed only after the office contacts you by text or phone. The clinic asks patients to wear masks in the waiting room and provides them.
