Planning your visit
Start with a consultation to review your health history, goals and suitability for HBOT. Sessions generally last 60–90 minutes. The clinic asks you to avoid smoking, alcohol and caffeine beforehand, wear cotton clothing, and remove jewelry and electronics. Light meals are permitted, but avoid heavy foods. A safety check takes place before treatment; you may watch television, listen to music or rest during the session. The team reviews your progress after the treatment course.
