Planning your visit
Non-members can book individual experiences. Reserve through the website, mobile app or club concierge; walk-ins depend on availability. Comfortable loungewear is recommended, though work or street clothing is accepted. Cubbies and small lockers are available for belongings. Phones are permitted in the hyperbaric chambers. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation without a refund. The Boston entrance is at the top of the Summer Street steps.
