Planning your visit
Provide a complete list of medications and supplements at the initial consultation, and tell the team about later changes or new cold, flu, ear or sinus symptoms. The clinic supplies fresh 100% cotton scrubs; street clothes, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics and personal electronics are not allowed in the chamber. Eat before treatment. Staff stay beside the chamber and coach ear-pressure equalization; compression usually takes 10–15 minutes and decompression about ten minutes. You may watch movies, listen to music or sleep. Family and visitors remain outside the treatment area. Give 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend.
