Planning your visit
Wear comfortable cotton clothing. A BIBS oxygen mask is required and can be purchased at the studio; returning clients should bring theirs. Staff guide first-time visitors through the session. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is recommended to secure a place. You can read, listen to music or nap during treatment. Services are available from age 16; patients aged 16–17 need a parent or guardian’s consent and presence at the studio.
