Planning your visit

Treatment begins with an initial assessment by the clinic's team, who then set an individual HBOT plan.

The assessment reviews medical history and physical health, after which the clinic builds an individual HBOT program and the patient completes a series of HBOT sessions. The team provides regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed, and once the course is complete it assesses improvement and gives recommendations for continued wellness. A blog post by Dr. Toth on the clinic's site gives 60 to 120 minutes as the usual session length, depending on the protocol, with schedules ranging from daily or near-daily sessions to three to five a week; it presents these as commonly cited ranges and says each plan is set by the physician after an evaluation. The clinic's condition pages describe typical courses, for example 30 to 40 sessions of 90 minutes, once daily five days a week, for diabetic wounds, and 30 to 40 sessions of 90 minutes for radiation cystitis. Contact the practice to arrange an assessment.
