Planning your visit

HBOT sessions generally last 60–90 minutes. Book in advance online, by phone or email. Aerovi’s general visit guidance recommends comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, staying hydrated and avoiding heavy meals before a session. The team provides preparation instructions for your selected therapy during the initial consultation and discusses session frequency. Multiple therapies can be arranged in one visit.
