Planning your visit
Consultations are scheduled by contacting the clinic. Patients should wear loose-fitting clothing with cotton socks and are given special cotton clothing for the chamber. A balanced meal one to two hours before treatment and hydration are suggested, avoiding alcohol or carbonated drinks on treatment day. Typical sessions take 90 to 120 minutes.
