Planning your visit
Complete the online screening questionnaire before scheduling; the overseeing provider reviews it, and the clinic contacts you about next steps. Allow 90–120 minutes for a session, including about 60 minutes at pressure. You change into approved scrubs and socks. Avoid nail polish, hairspray, perfume and oil-based products, and leave electronics, pens and markers outside. Books and puzzles are permitted. A prescription is required for specific-condition treatment or insurance claims and can come from your provider or the clinic’s overseeing provider.
