Planning your visit
Start with a screening conversation about your condition and health history, then complete the medical intake questionnaire and consent forms. The medical director provides an in-person or Zoom evaluation, followed by an onsite orientation before the first treatment. Your care team sets the session schedule; published durations vary by protocol from 60–120 minutes. Each session begins with a vitals check and ear assessment. Staff monitor treatment and help with ear pressure; you can rest, watch TV or listen to music. Your response is reviewed during treatment and at a final follow-up evaluation.
