Planning your visit
Your consultation reviews medical history and suitability for wound care or HBOT, followed by a treatment orientation and instructions for relieving ear pressure. Sessions include 90 minutes at the prescribed pressure plus about 10–15 minutes to pressurize. Cotton gowns or scrubs are supplied; the clinic asks you to avoid makeup, lotions, fragrances, jewelry and hair products. You can watch television, listen to music or rest, with a technician beside the chamber and two-way communication. Family members wait in the waiting room. Contact the clinic if you feel ill or need to reschedule.
