Planning your visit
The Medical Director reviews intake and prescribes treatment when appropriate; physician clearance may be requested. A free discovery call is available before booking. Plan about 90 minutes for a typical visit: treatment usually lasts 60 minutes, with pressure changes adding time; some protocols require 90–120 minutes of treatment. The clinic asks patients to avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks beforehand, eat healthy meals and stay hydrated. A trained technician monitors the session. Pressure changes may feel similar to airplane travel.
