Planning your visit

The initial consultation reviews your condition, medical history and suitability for HBOT before an individual plan is set. Sessions usually last 60–110 minutes; confirm your prescribed schedule with the clinic. Cotton treatment clothing is supplied. Wear cotton underwear and leave fragrances, lotions, hair products, nail polish, electronics and combustible items outside the chamber. The clinic supplies reading material and discusses preparation during consultation. You can watch video entertainment, listen to music, nap or relax during treatment; technicians monitor sessions under physician supervision.
