Complete the intake and consent forms before booking your first appointment. During the consultation, the team creates a treatment plan around your health needs and goals. Technicians guide you through equalizing ear pressure and alert you as the chamber decompresses. You may read, rest or play brain games during treatment. Tell the team about a cold, fever, sinus problems or relevant lung or heart conditions before a session so they can review whether treatment should proceed. For PBM sessions, the clinic provides towels and a private room with a lockable door.
