Planning your visit

Patients may self-refer or be referred by a physician or healthcare professional. A wound care physician completes a history and physical, orders diagnostic tests if indicated, and determines an evidence-based plan of care. Progress reports are provided to the referring provider, and patients return to their care after discharge.
