Planning your visit
Use the East Garage across from Medical Arts Center II; payment kiosks are in the medical center and hospital lobbies. Bring photo ID, your insurance card, a current medication list and relevant medical records. HBOT sessions typically last 90–120 minutes. The team provides cotton garments and storage for personal belongings; leave valuables at home. Follow the clinic’s restrictions on cosmetics, hair and skin products, jewelry and electronics before entering the chamber. Tell the team about all prescription and over-the-counter medicines, and contact them if you develop cold or flu symptoms. During treatment, you can watch TV, listen to music, rest or talk with staff.
