Planning your visit
For your first treatment, check in at Access Services on Clarkson Tower’s first floor. For later visits, arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the ninth-floor reception desk. Bring a complete medication and supplement list, and tell staff about medication changes or cold/flu symptoms. Cotton gowns and locked storage are provided; cosmetics, lotions, perfume, jewelry and battery-powered devices stay outside the chamber. Sessions take about two hours, with nurse guidance on ear pressure and music, movies or naps available. Notify the program promptly if you cannot attend. Free weekday valet parking is available at Clarkson Tower; check current campus directions and allow extra travel time for construction.
Monday–Friday: Emergency service on call 24 hours. Saturday–Sunday: Emergency service on call; confirm routine appointments.
