Healient’s Wound Care Center at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City provides wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The team works with patients’ primary care physicians and follows each patient through an individualized wound treatment plan.

Planning your visit
Bring your insurance information, treatment and medication history, hospitalization records and family medical history to the first visit. The wound team measures and photographs your wound during the initial assessment, then discusses an individualized care plan. Patients and families receive instructions for ongoing care at home, with follow-up by the same wound care provider. HBOT continues with limited staffing on Fridays while the general clinic is closed; confirm your appointment time with the center.
