Planning your visit
Allow 1½–2 hours for your first visit. Bring your insurance cards, a medication and supplement list, and relevant records or X-rays. The team reviews your wound and medical history and can help verify coverage before the appointment. HBOT sessions are typically daily and last about 90 minutes. You can communicate with the technician through an intercom and private handset, and listen to music or watch movies during treatment.
