Planning your visit

Physician and self-referrals are welcome. The clinic can help obtain a referral if required by an insurance plan.

Start with a free 6–15-minute phone consultation; the team then arranges an evaluation and an individualized treatment plan. Sessions generally last 60–90 minutes. At each visit, check in at the front desk and change into clinic-issued cotton scrubs; the clinic handles their laundering. Staff check vital signs and glucose when needed. Belongings and electronic devices go in a secure locker. A tender inside the chamber and another outside monitor the session, and books and crosswords are available from the clinic library.
