Planning your visit

A physician’s prescription is required; the clinic can help arrange one. Complete the forms sent before your appointment, bring a valid ID, and arrive 10–15 minutes early. Staff check your vitals and provide chamber attire; avoid synthetic fabrics, perfumes, lotions and jewelry. Personal phones and wearables stay outside the chamber, with lockers available. Technicians monitor the session and provide a walkie-talkie for communication. The clinic offers wheelchair-accessible spaces, a gurney and assistance from your vehicle; discuss mobility needs in advance. Patients under 18 need guardian consent, and children under 14 need an adult inside the chamber. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
