Planning your visit

A prescription is required; you can request one from your physician or arrange a medical evaluation with the center. Patients can self-refer or come through a physician referral. Treatment typically includes 60–90 minutes at pressure, plus compression and decompression. Read the safety rules in your patient packet; technicians provide orientation at the first session. The center supplies cotton scrubs or gowns. Electronics, cosmetics, perfume and alcohol-based products stay outside the chamber. Tell staff about cold or flu symptoms and provide identification details for implanted devices so the team can check clearance. You can watch a movie, listen to music or nap during treatment.
