Planning your visit
Call to schedule a hyperbaric appointment. Mild hyperbaric chamber sessions last one hour. Before your first visit, print and complete the patient forms and bring your insurance card and driver’s license. Complete the minor-release form for patients 18 and younger. If you cannot finish the paperwork beforehand, arrive 15 minutes early. Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance incur a missed-appointment fee.
