Planning your visit
Clients complete the HBOT intake form and waiver before scheduling an appointment. Treatments are by appointment and can be booked online or at the front desk. The center asks clients to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up may be charged the full treatment price, and cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a 50% charge. Guests pay in full when services are provided, by credit card only; cash is not accepted. Services are not offered to anyone under 16; clients aged 16 or 17 need a parent or guardian to sign the agreement, and the center may require that adult to stay during treatment. Monthly recurring memberships are also sold.
