Planning your visit

Complete the emailed waiver and health-history form before your first visit, or arrive early to fill them out at the studio. Staff check your vital signs before a telemedicine clearance visit. If you see a specialist or are under care for a health issue or surgery, the clinic says you may also need clearance from that provider. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, with about ten minutes each for pressurization and depressurization. A nurse helps you settle in with pillows and blankets; a wellness expert monitors you throughout. You can sit up and work or lie down and relax.
