About

Equinox mHBOT & Beyond is a mild hyperbaric oxygen practice led by its founder, who also works as the clinic's hyperbaric technician. Sessions take place in a seated chamber with an adjustable recliner, an internal pressure dial set between 1.2 and 1.5 ATA and adjustable oxygen flow, and the seated design allows co-sessions with children. Alongside mild hyperbaric sessions the clinic offers infrared or blue LED light therapy, PEMF, NeuroVizr light therapy and methylene blue, and it describes its location and chamber as fully wheelchair accessible.

Planning your visit

Booking is online through the clinic's scheduling link, or visitors can contact the clinic to discuss their health concerns and build a personalized session protocol. Sessions range from 30 to 120 minutes depending on the health indications and recommended protocol, and can be scheduled up to twice a day with a four-hour break between them. The clinic describes 40 sessions as its typical standard protocol. Ear pressure is felt during pressurization, similar to flying, and usually eases within a few minutes; oxygen input can be adjusted between 2 and 10 L/min for people concerned about oxygen sensitivity. The location and chamber are fully wheelchair accessible.
