Planning your visit
Complete the new-patient intake and liability forms before your first appointment. Appointments are recommended; sessions typically last 60–90 minutes depending on the plan. The clinic recommends eating a balanced meal a few hours before HBOT and staying hydrated. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and socks; avoid makeup, perfume, lotions and skin oils. Jewelry and battery-operated devices stay outside the chamber, while books or magazines are allowed. At check-in, staff discuss your goals and answer questions. Tell them promptly about discomfort so they can adjust the pressure changes. Call if you have questions about preparation or the forms.
Saturday: By appointment.
