About

PulseLight Hyperbaric is a wellness clinic in Crystal River that offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy alongside PEMF, red light and shockwave therapy, which it combines in a program it calls Multi-Signal Regenerative Therapy. HBOT sessions take place in a monoplace hard-shell chamber operated at 2.0 ATA, with trained staff screening each client's health history beforehand. The clinic presents its services as wellness support and lists pain, cognitive, post-surgery, sleep and recovery concerns among the areas it addresses. It operates a single location.

Planning your visit

No referral is required to book HBOT sessions.

The first visit includes a review of health history and an explanation of the process, and the clinic plans the number of sessions at that initial consultation; it says most wellness and recovery protocols involve 10–20 sessions. Pressurization takes 10–15 minutes, followed by 60–90 minutes of treatment and 10–15 minutes of depressurization. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended (100% cotton is ideal), and the clinic provides gowns if needed. Metal jewelry, watches, hair clips and electronic devices, including phones, tablets and smart watches, are not allowed in the chamber; entertainment is available through the chamber's built-in systems. Untreated pneumothorax is the main contraindication, and recent ear surgery, certain respiratory conditions and claustrophobia are reviewed first. Caregivers and family members may accompany clients. Accessible parking spaces are directly in front of the Suite 12 entrance, the facility is step-free from the parking area to the treatment rooms with doorways wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers, and ADA-compliant restrooms are on site. Staff help clients with limited mobility get settled in the chamber, and the clinic asks clients to mention accessibility needs when they call or book.
