Planning your visit
A physician prescription is required; Aalto can arrange a medical-clearance appointment if you do not have one. Sessions typically last 60–120 minutes. Arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment and complete the Patient Intake Form beforehand. Onsite parking is available, but finding a space can take time. The clinic provides 100% cotton clothing and lockers. Arrive without makeup, lotion, sunscreen, perfume or hair products, and leave electronics, accessories and artificial hair outside the chamber. Contact the clinic to reschedule if you have cold or flu symptoms. Technicians assist with ear-pressure discomfort, and entertainment is available during treatment.
